Class Description

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with Hoxie Pilates’ Reformer Strength class. This advanced class uses weights to isolate specific muscle groups and help you build strength and endurance. Taking place on the reformer, you will be surprised at how heavy 5 and 8 pound weights feel after this workout!
