This joint-friendly workout combines high-intensity intervals with Pilates movements using a padded jump board. You'll leave this class glistening and feeling energized. Join us for a fun and effective way to tone and strengthen your whole body. *Because of the fast pace of this class, previous reformer Pilates experience is required
